Custom jewelry orders require a 10% advance payment before manufacturing begins. Prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

All Chandi World pieces are sold with authenticity guarantees for materials and craftsmanship as described on each product page.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom-made pieces may have different return conditions communicated at checkout.
